- STAFF NURSE :
- Candidates have B.Sc Nursing or GNM Course certificate from a recognised University.
- Candidates have live registration certificate from Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration council.
- COMMUNITY HEALTH OFFICER :
- Candidates have B.Sc nursing certificate in Community health integrated certificate from a recognised University.
- Candidates have live registration certificate from Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration council.
Age Limitation :
The age of the candidates should be not be less 18 year and not be exceeding 64 years.

- OBC Candidates : 3 years
- SC/ST Candidates : 5 years
