Academic Qualification :

Assistant	i) candidates should hold a graduate degree in any stream like arts, commerce, business administration, science, or business management from a recognized institute. ii) A typing speed of 30 W.P.M in English and typewriting corresponding to 9000 KDPH on PC. iii) candidates should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed organization.
Stenographer	i) candidates should hold a graduate degree in any stream like arts, commerce, business administration, science, or business management from a recognized institute. ii) candidates should have a certificate of passing the Jr English shorthand & Jr English typewriting exam organized by any govt recognized institute or candidates should hold a graduate degree in any stream like arts, commerce, business administration, science, or business management from a recognized institute with a Diploma degree in secretarial or commercial practice organized by any govt recognized institute. iii) candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Stenographer or secretary in a reputed organization. 

Age Limitation :

The age of the candidates should not be exceeding 30 years
